The-blocker acts different according to its different chemical structure,its application is more wider, especially the application in cardiovascular diseases. Some-blockers can decrease the cardiovascular event of patients with myocardial infarction. Some-blockers can be used in the heart failure, The anti - arbythmia effect is related to its membrane-stabilizing action. It is also confirmed that this drug can treat hypertension with safty and efficacy in clinic. This article reviews its application in cardiovascular system.
