摘要 研究了氯化锰介质中金属锰与水的反应及其催化作用机理,考察了锰粉制取方法和氯化锰浓度对反应速率的影响。研究证明:在氯化锰介质中,用湿法制取的锰粉为原料,可以制备高纯四氧化三锰。实验结果表明:在氯化锰催化下,干法制取的锰粉与水的反应速率较小,提高氯化锰浓度可以增大金属锰的反应速率;湿法制取的锰粉与水的反应速率较大,提高氯化锰浓度对增大反应速率的作用不明显。 The reaction of manganese in water catalyzed by MnCl2 and the catalytic mechanism are studied. The impacts generated by different preparation methods of manganese powders and the concentration of catalyst upon the reaction rate were investigated. The research proves that in MnCl2 solution the manganese powder are prepared in water react completely to convert to Mn3O4. The results show that manganese powder is prepared in atmosphere rusted slowly in water catalyzed by MnCl2.And with the increase of the concentration of MnCl2, the reaction rate speeds up. For the manganese powder prepared in water, it rusted more rapidly. But the increase of the concentration of MnCl2 has no effect to increase the reaction rate.
