摘要 为实现矿井水资源化,解决高浊度矿井水回用处理,分析了高浊度矿井水的水化学特性,通过混凝沉淀烧杯搅拌试验,研究了混凝剂种类、投加量、pH值、搅拌速度及时间对混凝效果的影响,结果表明:PAC为5mg/L,PAM为0.4mg/L,pH值为7,混合转速为120r/min,混合时间为0.5min,反应转速为50r/min,反应时间为25min,对应的混合G值为28.9s-1、GT值为867,反应G值为7.3s-1、GT值为10950时,混凝沉淀效果最好。 Study was made on the type, dose, pH value, mixing time and speed of the coagulant upon the coagulation effectiveness through mixing experiment in the coagulation-sedimentation beaker in order to realize the utilization of mine water resource, solve the problem of reusing treatment of high-turbidity mine water and analyze its chemical properties, the results showed that the coagulation-sedimentation effectiveness is best when PAC is 5mg/L,PAM is 0.4 mg/L,pH is 7,the mixing speed is 120 r/min,the mixing time is 0.5 min,the reaction speed is 50 r/min,the reaction time is 25 min,the corresponding mixing G value is 28.9 s-1, GT value is 867,reaction G value 7.3 s-1 and GT value is 10 950.
