摘要
采用激光熔覆技术在45钢表面制备铁基合金涂层,分析了激光熔覆层的微观组织,测试了其显微硬度及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:激光熔覆区为细小的树枝晶,组织均匀致密,并有硬质点弥散分布,使得表面硬度和耐磨性大幅度提高。
Iron-based alloy powder coating was prepared using laser cladding technology on the surface of 45 steel, the microstructure of the laser cladding coating was analyzed and the microhardness, friction and wear properties of the laser cladding layer were tested .The results show that the microstructure of laser cladding zone is exiguous dentrite,the morphology is compact and there are dispersion of hard spots in the laser cladding zone. The hardness and wear-resistance of the surface improve obviously.
