耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌大环内酯、氨基糖苷及四环素类的耐药性 被引量:1

摘要 大环内酯-林可酰胺-链阳霉素B(MLSB)、氨基糖苷和四环素类抗菌药物常用于治疗金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,SAU)感染,但长期广泛的使用,导致耐药率迅速上升。MLSB类抗菌药物耐药的主要机制为产生msrA基因编码的外排泵蛋白和errnA、ermB、errnC基因编码的23SrRNA甲基化酶,后者对克林霉素可诱导性耐药。氨基糖苷类耐药机制主要为细菌产生氨基糖苷修饰酶(AME)[乙酰转移酶(AAC)、磷酸转移酶(APH)、核苷转移酶(ANT)]。
