摘要
本文通过实地考察与文献资料研究,以英国伦敦泰晤士河南岸特别是旧发电厂改造利用为例,探讨了现代城市建设和工业遗迹的改造与利用等问题,提出了对具有重要历史、文化价值的工业遗迹的改造利用的再生设计,应当既有利于保护重要的工业遗迹,又能促进城市建设的双重目标,将保护与更新、利用有机地结合起来。
Through site exploration and research on documentary,taking the South Bank of Thames in London,especially the alteration and using of the old power plant,as an example,this thesis discisses the questions of modern urban construction and alteration and using of industrial remnants.It propose the renewable design that alters and reuses industrial remnants with important historical and cultural value,and insists that we should preserve significant industrial remnants while making urban construction,and should combine preservation,renew and reuse organically.
