摘要
该文结合国内外既有公共建筑节能研究的进展,分析了我国的建筑能耗现状和既有公共建筑节能改造的意义,从使用者、设计方和政府三方面确保我国既有公共建筑的节能改造工作的顺利开展。
Combining with the research evolution at home and abroad, this article analyzes the current situation of building energy consumption and the significance of energy-saving reconstruction in existing public buildings to insure that this kind work could be done smoothly from three aspects as users, designers and government.
