摘要 目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定甜菊糖甙,为生产提供可靠的分析方法,确保产品的质量.方法采用Zorbax—CN(250 mm×4.6 m,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙醇-水(35:65);检测器波长:209 nm;流速:0.8 mL.min^-1;柱温:30℃;以外标法定量,甜菊糖甙标样:自制.结果甜菊糖甙在2~10μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=9.08×10^3X+5.30×10^2,r=0.999 9,回收率为100.4%(RSD为0.81%).结论本方法快速,易操作,准确,可靠,可用于甜菊糖甙的分析. Objective: To use high -performance liquid chromatography to determine stevia glucosides, to provide reliable analysis method for production and to guarantee the quality of products. Methods: Chromatographic column: Zorbax-CN (250 mm×4.6 m,5μm) ; mobile phase : Ethyl alcohol - water ( 35:65 ) ; detection wavelength: 209nm; flow rate:0.8mL · min^-1 ;temperature of column is 30℃ ;external standard method is quantitative analysis method, standard sample of stevioside: self - made. Results: The stevia glucosides show a good linear relationship at range of 2 Ixg - 101xg, and the regression equation is A =9.08 × 103X +5. 30 × 102,r =0.999 9. The recovery is 100.4% ( RSD was 0.81% ). Conclusion: This method is fast, accurate, reliable and easy to operate. It can be used in analysis of stevioside.
