摘要
发动机部件结构的精确热分析相当复杂。在缺乏实验条件的情况下,对某汽油发动机主要部件进行热分析的实用方法是根据缸盖、机体与活塞的结构特点,参考文献资料,确定结构各部位的环境温度和换热系数,采用ANSYS软件先计算各部件结构的温度分布,再计算各部件结构的热应力,热分析计算结果为发动机结构强度设计提供了依据。
The precise thermal analysis of engine components is quite complex. In the absence of experimental conditions, the practical way of thermal analysis for components of a gasoline engine is that: based on the cylinder head, engine body and piston's structural character and information of references, the ambient temperature and heat transfer coefficient are made sure, then calculate the temperature distribution of components by ANSYS and further calculate the heat stress of the components, which can provide a basis for engine design.
