摘要
目的了解汶川地震期间受影响地区大学生的心理健康状况。方法采用自拟问卷及抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对随机整群抽取的562名四川大学医学院大学生进行调查。结果该562名大学生SDS总分为46.16±11.95,高于全国常模,其差异有统计学意义(u=8.400,P<0.001);焦虑总分34.60±6.50,高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(u=17.391,P<0.001);社会支持总分40.46±8.76,总分及三个维度均低于国内常模,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);社会支持的3个维度及支持总分与焦虑总分呈正相关,与抑郁总分呈显著负相关。结论汶川地震受影响地区大学生存在明显的焦虑抑郁等方面的心理健康问题,良好的社会支持是维持心理健康的重要措施。
Objective To investigate the psychological state of college students in the areas affected by the Wenchuan earthquake. Methods A total of 562 college students were selected by stratified random cluster sampling. A self-designed questionnaire as well as Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used for survey. Results The SDS scores (46.16±11.95) and SAS scores (34.60±6.50) of the college students were significantly higher than those of the national norms (P 0.001), while the SSRS scores (40.46±8.76) were lower than those of the national norms (P 0.001). The scores of SSRS and its three dimensions were positively correlated with the SAS scores and were negatively correlated with the SDS scores. Conclusion The college students in the areas affected by the Wenchuan earthquake suffer from anxiety and depression disorders. Good social support is one of the important measures to maintain their mental health.
