摘要
师资队伍是高职教育中最宝贵、最重要的教育资源,是高职院校可持续发展的关键要素,故历来受到社会和学校的重视。但它也是高职院校内涵建设中的一个难点。其中,高职教育师资结构,是随着高职课程设置的要求变化而变化的。实践中,高职教师队伍的结构的调整为高职课程设置的完善提供了一定的保障,但也出现了一些亟待解决的问题。本文主要对现有高职教育师资结构的弊端进行分析,并提出调整高职教育师资结构的途径。
Qualified teaching staff are the most important and precious educational source in higher vocational education andit is a key factor to keep sustainable development of higher vocational education. Therefore, the society and schools always attach much importance to it. However, it is also a difficult point in the construction of core teaching staffinside higher vocational schools. One obvious thing is that the structure of the teaching staff shall be varied with the course configuration in higher vocational schools. In practice, the structural adjustment of teaching staffhas provided certain degree of guarantee for the improvement of the course configuration, but some outstanding issues also arise. This article is to analyze the weakness, defect and disadvantage existing in the current structure of the teaching staff, and also presents some better approaches to adjusting the structure of the teaching staff.
