摘要
分析组织内发生的冲突,为研究信息不对称条件下的激励机制提供了契机,但在管理实践中,如何在组织中维持一定水平的冲突,提升组织绩效往往比较困难。本文尝试借助博弈论观点,对给定理性局中人即组织成员在冲突中通过其最优选择追求个人效用最大化,最终达到博弈均衡加以解释,并以Morgan解决模式为例,对组织冲突行为给出最优冲突解决方案,即强制下并给予民主行为。
The occurrence of conflicts inside an organization is analyze, which provides a chance for studying encouraging mechaism under the condition of information dissymetry. It is also explained with the Game Theory, which encourages the rational person in the circle, namely each member, to pursue maximal individual avail through the conflict using the optimized choice and finally achieve the gaming balance. And the Morgan pattern is used as an example to expound optimum conflict managing plan, namely the combination of compulsory and democratic behaviors.
