摘要
首先从能量转换方面分析了振荡压路机的压实过程,结合实例分析了过度压实与振松的不良压实效果。通过对实例的分析提出了比压实功的概念,并在此基础上建立了能量评价标准。随后建立了基于能量平衡的振荡压实过程优化控制的目标函数,为今后压实过程中的智能化控制提供了理论依据。
The compaction process of oscillatory roller is analyzed from aspect of energy transformation. Effects of excessive compaction and insufficient compaction are analyzed in combination with practical use. The concept of compared compaction power is presented, based on which appraisal standard of energy is built. Target functions for optimization of compaction are built based on energy balance, which provides theoretical foundation for intelligent control of compaction.
