摘要
以广西合浦谭屋、虎岭两地高岭土为实验初始物质,由化学分析、X-ray粉晶衍射、扫描电子显微镜分别说明了其化学成分、物相及组合、晶体形貌以及晶体结构特征,在此基础上进行了高岭土物相转变的微区动态衍射,结果表明:谭屋高岭土偏高岭石出现在600℃左右,莫来石出现在950℃;虎岭高岭土偏高岭石出现在550℃,莫来石出现在1000℃,这一明显差别,指示了伊利石影响了高岭土物相转变温度。
The experiment samples of kaolin was from Tanwu and Huling of Hepu, Guangxi. The chemical analyse, X-ray, SEM methods were used to analyse the chemical composition, minerals, crystal shape and crystal structure character, then the dynamic diffraction of phase transformation was carried. The results of experiment showed that metakaolin of tanwu appeared at 600℃, mullite appeared at 950℃; metakaolin of huling appeared at 550℃, mullite appeared at 1000℃, the difference indicated that illite affected the phase transformation temperature of kaolin.
