摘要
在轿车总装流水线条件下,根据作业性质将标准工时划分为增值时间与非增值时间.增值时间与产品设计直接相关,缩短标准工时要从产品设计开始进行改善.在流水线主要参数不变情况下,可用标准工时计算由作业内容调整引起的人员数量的变动,进而建立评估产品设计装配效率和现场生产效率的评估指标.
Under the condition of vehicle general assembly line, standard time is divided into value-added and non-value-added time. Product design has a direct relationship with value-added time and should be improved at the first place. Meanwhile ,with no major line parameters changed, adjustment of headcount is calculated when content of job is adjusted. Finally the assessment index for product design assembly efficiency and workshop efficiency were made.
