摘要
钠硅渣是烧结法氧化铝生产过程产出的废渣,为了回收其中的氧化铝和氧化钠,生产上主要是回头配料,由于其品位较低,降低了氧化铝厂的技术指标,所以,最好的方案就是把钠硅渣分离出来单独处理。结合我们近期所做的研究,本文列出了钠硅渣处理的四种方案:火法处理,钠硅渣回头配钙烧结,回收氧化铝、氧化钠;碱法处理钠硅渣制备洗涤用4A沸石;酸法处理钠硅渣制备冰晶石、硅胶等产品;钠硅渣制备牙膏研磨剂或做为阻燃剂添加;这几种方案都在研究过程中。如果能为钠硅渣找到一条综合利用的渠道,就可以为烧结法氧化铝的提高产能降低成本作出贡献。
sodium aluminosilieate is a kind of waste residue. Commonly it's returned to the sinter process in order to recycle the alumina and sodium oxid. But it worsens the sinter process. Four utilization ways are discussed in this article. Sintering it for distilling the alumina and sodium oxid is the first method. Following method is alkaline process to produce zeolite. Next is acid process to produce cryolite and silica gel. Other methods are also mentioned such as producing abrasive used in toothpaste, fireproof production and so on. The sinter process cost will reduce if we can find one or more methods to utilize sodium aluminosilicate efficiently.
