摘要 新型铁素体不锈钢材料在车辆上运用越来越广泛,研究其焊接特性对铁路货车制造具有十分重要的意义。通过大量试验,对德国4003材料的焊接性能进行了初步探索,并与国产同类材料进行了比较。结果表明:由于德国4003材料含有较多的Ti元素,在热循环作用下,部分与C、N元素形成弥散分布的化合物,降低了晶粒组织长大,使得切割缝区和焊接接头热影响区的组织细小,接头热影响区冲击韧性值高于国产TCS材料的焊接接头。 New type of Ferrite Stainless Steel 4003 is used more widely on the vehicle.It becomes more important to research the weld behavior for the manufaeture of the freight train.By the plasma cutting and MAG welding tests,it could find that the microstructure of the heat affected zone(HAZ) is finer than that of the HAZ of the TCS material made in China.At the same time,the impact tenacity of the HAZ of the Ferrite Stainless Steel 4003 joints is higher than that of TCS material.The reason is that Ti content in 4003 is higher than that in TCS,which cause the microstructure more fine for the TiC and TiN dispersive distribution.
