摘要 目前中国输电线路总长度居世界第二,在"十一五"期间将继续加大电网建设力度,以解决电力国家的需要。如何有效地建设和管理,是一个正在面对并急需的问题。激光雷达技术由于具有快速获取高精度激光点云和高分辨率数码影像的优点,无论对新建线路的走向选择设计,还是对已建线路的危险点巡线检查、线路资产管理以及各种专业分析,都带来了传统测绘手段所不具备的应用模式和技术优势。 Now the total length of transmission line of Chinese is second in the world, during the "eleventh five-year plan", it will be increased for power grid construction to solve the power demand. Faced to transmission line, how to construct and manage, it is an urgent need problem. Based on the lidar technology excellences, such as: fast obtain high-accuracy laser dots cloud and digital video with high-distinguish, whether the routing selecting design for new line, or line inspection for line ganger point, line capital management and all king of specialty analysis, it will bring the application mode and technical advantage, which tradition mapping way can not have.
