摘要
以传播知识、创造文明而存在的高等学校的现代职能集中体现在培养人才、科学研究与社会服务三个方面,而依附于高等学校的学报尤其体现出这种综合职能的特性。发挥高校学报报的综合职能与学报编辑人员的素质有着不可分开的关系。学报编辑人员素质的高低直接影响着学报水平的高低、质量的好坏。为了更好地发挥学报的综合职能,学报编辑必须强化主体意识、读者意识、政治素质和法律意识、创新意识和策划意识等"五种意识"。
The modem function of universities is mainly concentrated on cultivating people with ablity, researching on science and serving society, and the university journals which are affiliated with the universities are in the presentation of the comprehensive function especially. The exertion of the function of university journals is tightly correlated with the editors＇ quality. In order to fully realize the comprehensive function of university journals, the editors should intensify five kinds of awareness such as subjective awareness, reader awareness, law awareness, innovation awareness, planning awareness and political ability.
