摘要
目的:消除保妇康栓的微生物限度检查法中的抑菌作用。方法:采用薄膜过滤法进行试验,加试验菌回收并且计算回收率。结果:该供试品对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉的回收率均高于70%,采用薄膜过滤法进行检验可满足要求。结论:薄膜过滤法可消除药品中抑菌物质的干扰。
Objective： To eliminate the bolt-UNIFEM Hong microbial limits test of the antimicrobial effect. Method： To use membrane filtration method to test, test and calculation of recycling and recovery. Results： The test for products of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albieans, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger, the recovery rates were 70 percent or more, membrane filtration method can meet the requirement. Conclusion： The film filtration can eliminate drugs in antibacterial material interference.
