摘要
目的了解安徽省中低档公共场所暗娼艾滋病知识水平和安全套使用情况,为此类人群预防控制艾滋病提供依据。方法选择安徽省艾滋病流行重点地区的县、区各1个和省会城市所辖区1个,采用方便抽样,对中低档公共场所暗娼的艾滋病知识水平和安全套使用情况进行问卷调查。结果安徽省中低档公共场所暗娼对艾滋病传播途径和非传播途径知晓率最高的是"输血",达100%;最低的是"蚊虫叮咬",为67.5%。最近1次性行为使用安全套的比例为85.7%。未使用安全套原因主要是"没准备"(45.5%)和"客人不用"(18.2%)。在最近3个月与配偶或固定男友性行为中使用安全套的比例为48.5%。结论中低档公共场所暗娼防治艾滋病知识水平和安全套使用率需要进一步提高。
Objective To get information of AIDS relevant knowledge and condom use of mid - low - end female sex workers（ FSWs ）. Methods Facility sampling methods was applied. FSWs were selected from three counties. Two of them is high prevalence, the other one belongs to Hefei district. The questionnaire survey was conducted. Result Average age of the mid - low - end FSW＇s was 23.4 4.8, the proportion of educational level under junior high school was 82.05%. 60.7% FSWs worked in one site less 3 months and 29.9% less 1 month. The percentage who knew the transmission from blood was 100%, but they still lacked of comprehensive knowledge such as mosquito knowledge point. 85.7% of them used condoms in their latest commercial sex activities. The most reason were no preparing （45.5 % ） and client reluctance（ 18.2% ）. The condom use rate in their latest 3 months with regular partners was 51.5%. Conclusions Juvenility,lack of education and floating were the mid - low - end FSW＇s characteristics. Health education and intervention should be strengthened in this population group to control HIV transmission through sexual behavior.
