摘要
本文利用圆二色性光谱、荧光光谱、紫外差分光谱等技术对产自嗜热放线菌M1033菌株的葡萄糖异构酶受温度的影响进行了研究。结果表明,受温度的影响葡萄糖异构酶分子的构象发生了变化,其变化与酶活力的变化有明显的对应关系;金属Co(2+)对酶的构象具有稳定保护作用。
Glucose isomerase which from thermophilic actinomycetes M-1033 was conducted tinden various temperature has been studied by means of CD, Fluorescence and Uv difference spectra. The results indicate that the enzyme con formation varied as temperature changed, amarked relation between the con formation change and the enzyme activity has been observed. The result also indicate that the cation Co(2+) exhibits a protective effect on stabilization of the enzyme conformation.
