摘要
在高等教育大众化背景下,学生学习积极性和教师教学方法等因素使教学有效性受到挑战.为此,引入有效教学理念,采取强化教学目标、灵活传递信息、建立教学对话、激励学生学习、加强课堂管理等有效教学策略,以改进高校教学现状,确保学生在教学中获得具体的进步或发展.
Under the background of higher education popularization, students＂ learning entlausiasm ana teachers＇ teaching method factors challenge the education efficiency. Therefore, to improve higher school＇s teaching situation and assure the students＇ specific progress and development in teaching, we should take effective teaching strategy; introducing effective teaching ideas, taking consolidation teaching objections, setting up teaching dialogue, motivating students to learn, and enhancing classroom management.
