摘要
本文探讨了战略联盟中的企业绩效问题。通过引入知识获取这一中介变量,把信任和冲突与企业绩效联系起来,并使用结构方程模型对它们之间的关系进行了检验。本文使用的数据来自127个德国联盟企业。研究结果表明,信任将通过知识获取的中介作用对企业绩效产生正向影响,而冲突对知识获取的影响作用并不显著,说明冲突可以不经过知识获取的中介作用直接降低企业的绩效。此外,企业的知识获取与其绩效呈现正向的相关关系,表明企业需要重视知识管理活动以增强竞争力。
This paper examines Firm-level performance implications of strategic alliances by introducing knowledge acquisition as an intermediary. We investigate how partner relationship-related factors ( i. e. , trust and conflict) affect knowledge acquisition and firm performance. These questions were examined in a sample of 127 German alliance firms. We find that trust has a positive effect on firm performance through the mediating effect of knowledge acquisition, while conflict directly affects firm performance without the mediating effect of knowledge acquisition. Furthermore, there is a positive relationship between knowledge acquisition and firm performance, suggesting that firms should shed light on knowledge management activities so as to attain competitive advantage.
