摘要
研究了高酸值(酸值(KOH)27 mg/g)米糠油制备生物柴油的工艺参数,通过单因素试验和正交试验得出,预酯化的最优工艺条件为:甲醇用量30%(占原料质量)、硫酸催化剂用量3%、反应温度70℃、反应时间2.5 h。酯交换的最优工艺条件为:甲醇用量30%、氢氧化钠催化剂用量1.5%、反应温度70℃、反应时间2.0 h。在此最优条件下测得转化率为96%。一级薄膜蒸发工艺参数为:真空度0.097 MPa,温度100℃,转子转速300 r/min,物料流量300 g/h;一级刮膜式分子蒸馏工艺参数:进口温度170℃,出口温度150℃,真空度20 Pa,物料流量295.70 g/h。
The high acid value (acid value (KOH)27 mg/g) rice bran oil was used as material to prepare biodiesel by two - step method. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal test, the optimum reaction conditions of esterification were determined as follows: methanol dosage 30% (based on the weight of stuff), catalyst (sulfuric acid)dosage 3 %, reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 2.5 h. The optimum reaction conditions of transesterification were as follows: methanol dosage 30%, catalyst( sodium hydrox- ide) dosage 1.5% ,reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 2.0 h. The conversion rate under the optimum reaction conditions was 96%. The parameters of first - level film evaporation were : 0. 097 MPa, temperature 100℃ ,feed rate 300 g/h; and the parameters of first -level scraped film type molecular distillation were as follows: inlet temperature 170℃, outlet temperature 150℃, vacuum 20 Pa, feed rate 295.70 g/h.
