桃仁油中脂肪酸的GC-MS分析 被引量:19

摘要 采用索氏提取法提取桃仁中油脂,取样2.50 g提取5 h,其得油率为65.25%。对桃仁油中脂肪酸进行甲酯化处理后用GC-MS联用仪进行定性分析,用气相色谱仪对其脂肪酸进行定量分析。结果表明,桃仁油中含有4种脂肪酸,主要包括棕榈酸6.20%,硬脂酸1.91%,油酸74.53%,亚油酸17.91%,其中饱和脂肪酸含量仅为8.11%,不饱和脂肪酸含量高达92.44%。 The peach seed oil was extracted from peach kernel by Soxhlet extraction . The oil yield was 65.25 % by extracting 2. 50 g sample for 5 h. The fatty acids in the oil were analyzed by GC - MS. The results showed that there were four kinds of fatty acids in the oil, including palmitic acid 6.20%, stearic acid 1.91%, oleic acid 74.53%, linoleic acid 17.91%. The content of saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids was 8.11% and 92.44% ,respectively.
