摘要
目的:观察炙甘草汤含药血清对正常家兔离体子宫平滑肌环运动的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:运用Powerlab生物信号系统记录家兔离体子宫平滑肌标本的活动,观察不同浓度组炙甘草汤含药血清对子宫平滑肌收缩力的影响。结果:炙甘草汤含药血清可以不同程度降低子宫平滑肌收缩力,减少子宫收缩时间,从而降低子宫活动力(高、中浓度血清组与空白血清组比较P<0.01)。通过阻断钙通道、M、α和β受体,进一步降低小肠平滑肌标本的活动力(P<0.01)。结论:炙甘草汤含药血清可以明显降低子宫平滑肌收缩力,缩短收缩时间,抑制子宫平滑肌的活动力。该抑制作用并非通过钙通道、M、α或β受体单一途径起作用,应当是多个途径的结果。
Objective:To observe the effect of pastille serum of Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction on the excised womb smooth muscle circus movement of normal rabbits,and explore its mechanism.Methods:Powerlab biological signal system was used to record the activities of the excised womb smooth muscle of the rabbits and observe the effect of the pastille serum of Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction on the contractility of the womb smooth muscle at different concentration. Results:The pastille serum of Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction could lower the contractility of the womb smooth muscle at different degree and decrease the contraction time of the womb,thus lowering the motoricity of the womb.The comparison of the high concentration serum group,moderate concentration serum group and the non-medicine group was P<0.01.Through blocking calcium channel,M,αandβ receptor,the motoricity of small intestine smooth muscle could further lowered(P<0.01).Conclusion:The pastille serum of Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction can obviously lower the contractility of the womb smooth muscle,shorten the contraction time of the womb and inhibit the motoricity of the womb smooth muscle.Its inhabitation has several channels rather than a single channel of the calcium channel,M,αandβreceptor.
