摘要
本文观察了临床、心电图诊断为冠心病23例，可疑冠心病22例的多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验（DET）检查结果。其中21人还做了亚极量踏车试验作对比。结果表明45例中DET阳性18例，同时做两项检查的21例中两项均阳性者2例，19例踏车试验明性的查DET6例阳性。21例两项检查结果比较经t法百分比的显著性试验P＜0．05，差异有显著性。
To estimate the diagnostic value of dobutamine stress echocardiography test (DET) incoronary artery disease (CAD), 23 cases witb CAD and 22 cases witb suspectable CAD by clinicaland ECG information were studied. Twenty one patients among them had bicycle ergometry study as wellfor comparison. The results showed 18 of 45 cases were DET positive, positive in botb tests were 2cases of 21 patients who underwent both studies. and 6 of 19 patients who were negative in exercisetolerance had positive DET. The difference between the two studies was significant (P<0. 05).
