摘要
主要阐述了航空材料热处理工艺数据库及CAPP系统开发的必要性和迫切性,以及开展研究工作的途径和实现方法。并利用实例表明:将数据库系统与操作软件结合可成功地实现围绕CAPP有关的功能处理、数值运算和智能化方面问题的微机自动化处理,该系统的出现将对航空工业热处理的发展起到积极的推动作用。
It is a matter of great urgency developing a database of heat treatment (HT) process for aeronautical materials and establishing a CAPP system. The ways to launch into a research and the methods to complete which have been expounded in this paper. It will be seen from examples that an integration of both of the database and the microsoft can successfuly realize a disposal of function, numerical calculation and intelligence problem around CAPP by computer. Appearance of the system will propel a development of HT for aerocraft forward.
