“PBL”教学模式在精神科护理本科实习中的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:将“问题为基础”(Problem Based Learning)教学模式引入精神科临床实习带教,探索更好的精神科临床护理带教方法,提高精神科临床带教质量,培养学生问题意识和解决问题的能力。方法:通过设计系统的精神科实习流程和设置精神科实习问题,对四川大学华西医院2005年1~10月在精神科实习的护理本科生进行以“PBL”的精神科临床实习教学的探索,并在实习结束时采用精神科PBL教学反馈调查问卷了解学生在精神科实习的情况。结果:绝大多数学生喜欢PBL教学方式。而且,通过PBL带教,学生学习主动性增加,学生之间和学生与老师之间的互动增加,学生问题意识与解决问题的能力提高。结论:通过PBL临床带教能够有效地提高精神科护理临床带教的质量,培养学生的问题意识和解决问题的能力。 Objective:To explore better teaching methods of clinical psychiatrical nursing,increase the level of psychiatrical teaching and faster the ability to questioning and questions solving.Methods:designing systematic practice and questions,we researched the strongpoint of PBL teaching model in under graduate students of nursing major from Huaxi Hospital from January to June 2005.Furthermore,we assessed the research results using questionnaire that could show PBL teaching model excellence.Results:greater part students like PBL teaching model.Using PBL teaching method,the activity of students and exchange between teachers and students were improved.And the ability to thinking and learning of students ware also increased.Conclusion:PBL teaching model could greatly improve the ability to questioning and solving clinical problems of nursing students and improve efficiently the level of clinical psychiatrical teaching.
