摘要
针对目前伺服系统频率响应特性测试试验的要求,在简介频率响应特性测试的原理的基础上,提出了一种基于dSPACE的频率响应特性测试系统的软硬件组成,重点论述了该系统利用Simulink中的S-Function实现测试信号生成的手段以及利用dSPACE中的实验软件ControlDesk获取采样数据的处理方法.该系统具有简单快捷、配置灵活、节约成本的优点,可以替代价格昂贵的传统的频率特性测试仪和信号发生器.应用结果表明,该测试系统经济可靠,测试精度高,能够满足伺服系统频率响应特性测试的要求.
To meet the demand of servo system's frequency response characteristic measurement,a new measurement system is proposed.After a brief theoretical section,the system's hardware and software components,the dSPACE-based signal generating and data processing methods are introduced in details.The application shows that this system runs stably and accurately with satisfactory precision and can replace the expensive signal generator in the traditional measurement system.
