摘要
研究了在不同磁场频率及电磁线圈匝数条件下结晶器内磁场的分布规律,并进行了静态浇注试验,考察了电磁场对7050铝合金凝固组织及溶质元素分布的影响。结果表明,电磁场能显著细化晶粒,使晶粒尺寸从未施加磁场时的171μm,细化到128μm;并有效地抑制了7050铝合金的反偏析问题。探讨了电磁场的作用机理。
magnetic distribution inside the mould under different magnetic frequency and electromagnetic coils was studied. A static pouring experiment was carried out to test the effect of different electromagnetic parameters on 7050 aluminum alloy solidification structure and element distribution. The result shows that grain size under electromagnetic field is refined from 171 μm to 128 μm and negative segregation can be restrained effectively. The acting mechanism of electromagnetic field is also discussed.
