摘要
为了解决草决明在栽培中发芽率低的问题,用稀土Nd3+和牛蒡低聚果糖处理种子,采用室内生物测定的方法,研究了不同浓度的稀土Nd3+和牛蒡低聚果糖对草决明种子萌发率及萌发过程中生理生化指标的影响,探讨解决草决明种子萌发率过低的问题。结果表明:低浓度Nd3+和牛蒡低聚果糖对草决明种子萌发和幼苗生长具有明显的促进作用,Nd3+的最适浓度为3mg/L,牛蒡低聚果糖的最适浓度为0.5g/L。以3mg/LNd3+和0.5g/L牛蒡低聚果糖单独和混合处理草决明种子,均促进种子的发芽,提高了ɑ-淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性,混合处理好于单独处理。结论:稀土Nd3+和牛蒡低聚果糖促进草决明种子萌发的原因在于提高了和种子萌发有关的水解酶的活性,二者混合使用对提高草决明种子的发芽率具有潜在的应用前景。
To solve the problem of the low germination rate of Cassia obtusifolia seeds in cultivation. The effects of Nd^3+ and burdock oligosaccharide (BOS) on germination rate were studied. The germination rate and the physiological and biochemical indexes during the germinating course of Cassia obtusifolia seeds was in- vestigated through bioassay method after being applied with the aqueous solution of Nd^3+ and BOS at different concentration. The results showed that low concentration of Nd^3+ and BOS promoted the germination rate of seed and seedling growth obviously, the optimum concentration of Nd^3+ was 3 mg/L, and that of BOS was 0.5 g/L. At the optimum concentration of both Nd^3+ and BOS could increase the activity of or-amylase and lipase. And the mixed solution of 3mg/L Nd%^3+ and 0.5g/L BOS was better than the individual solution with 3mg/L Nd^3+ and 0.5g/L BOS to increase the activity of a-amylase and lipase and to promote germination rate of Cassia obtusifolia seeds . We conclude that Nd^3+ and BOS can promote the germination rate of Cassia obtusifolia seeds and the promotion maybe due to the increasing of hydrolase activity in seeds germination. The mixture of Nd^3+ and BOS on increasing the germination rate of Cassia obtusifolia seeds may be applied in the cultivation Cassia obtusifolia in future.
