摘要
随着武术竞技运动近年来的迅速发展,武术动作的难度和高度也越来越被重视,教练员在追求高、难、美、新动作的同时,必然会导致运动员在训练过程中产生运动性疲劳。本文从武术运动员运动性疲劳产生机制、诊断方法及其恢复措施几个方面进行综述,让教练员和运动员在训练中随时了解疲劳的症状,及时采取合理有效的恢复措施消除疲劳。为完善武术训练,增进武术运动员的身体健康及提高运动员的竞技水平提供良好的帮助。
With the rapid development of Wushu sport in recent years, Wushu action of difficulty and height is also more and more valued. It is unavoidable to lead exercise fatigue when coaches pursuing height, difficult, beauty and new of Wushu action. This paper makes comprehensive summarization from the aspects of mechanism and diagnose of exercise fatigue and recovery measurement in order to let coach understanding the symptom of fatigue and take effective measure to eliminate it. The main purpose is to provide the help for Wushu athlete physical health and performance improvement.
