摘要
试验发现修饰电极上的单壁碳纳米管层能显著提高羟基喜树碱的氧化峰电流,通过选择和优化各项参数,提出了一种直接而灵敏测定羟基喜树碱的伏安分析方法。该方法的线性范围为0.05~2.5μmol·L^(-1)。富集3 min后,检出限(3S/N)为0.02μmol·L^(-1)。1.0μmol·L^(-1)羟基喜树碱平行测定10次的相对标准偏差为4.8%。分别加入3种不同浓度的羟基喜树碱标准溶液进行方法的回收试验,测得回收率在95.5%~104.0%之间。该方法应用于羟基喜树碱注射液中羟基喜树碱的含量测定,所得结果与UV-分光光度法所测得结果相符。
It was found that as compared with the bare glassy carbon electrode (GCE), the oxidation peak current of hydroxycamptothecinum (HCPT) was significantly increased at the single-wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT) modified GCE. Through optimization of various electrochemical parameters, a sensitive voltammetrie method for direct determination of HCPT was proposed, giving a linear relationship between values of peak current (Ip) and concentration of HCPT in the range from 0. 05 to 2. 5 μmol · L^-1. The detection limit (3S/N) was found to be 0. 02μmol · L^-1 after enrichment for 3 min. Precision of the method was tested at the concentration level of 1.0 μmol · L^-1 of HCPT with 10 determinations, and value of RSD found was 4. 8%. Test for recovery was performed by adding standard solutions of HCPT of 3 different concentrations, values of recovery obtained were in the range of 95. 5%- 104. 0%. In analyzing 3 samples of HCPT injections, the results obtained by this method were in conformity with the results found by UV-spectrophotometry.
