摘要
目的:本文采用两种不同检测方法来比较化妆品中的细菌总数。方法:采用3M Petrifilm检测纸片法与GB标准(7918.2-1987)。结果:用两种方不同方法检测化妆品中的细菌总数结果无显著差异。结论:因3M Petrifilm法具有快速简便的优点,此结果对于出入境化妆品的检测具有重要意义。
Objective：This article used two different methods to compare aerobic bacterial count in cosmetics. Methods：3M Petrifilm plates method and GB standard （7918.2 - 1987 ）method were used and compared. Results：The result shows that there is no significant difference in using these two methods to test Aerobic bacterial count in cosmetics. Conclusion：Because 3M Petrifilm has the benefits of quick and easy, this result has important significance to test import and export cosmetics.
