摘要
基于对缩口变形区材料的应力应变特点的分析,利用金属塑性成形理论中的主应力法,在考虑变形过程中材料厚度的变化及加工硬化这两个影响因素的基础上,按照是否考虑凹模入口处的附加弯曲应力的影响,并根据金属材料的加工硬化的不同形式,分别推导和建立了一组新的描述缩口成形力的数学模型。进而,按照凹模半锥角和金属材料加工硬化的规律,从理论上对所建立的数学模型进行了适用范围的分类。
Abstract: Based on analyzing the stress-strain characteristics of material in necking deformation zone, considering two influencing factors of material thickness changes and work-hardening, omitting and considering the influences of additional bending stress at the entrance of die, and the different forms of work-hardening of metal materials, a new set of mathematical models of deformation pressure calculated for tube necking with conical die are set up by utilizing the slab method of metal plastic forming theory. In addition, the application scope of every mathematical model is theoretically classified from conical die semi-angle and work-hardening of metal material.
