摘要
文章分析了影响房地产泡沫经济产生、发展的客观、社会、环境等因素,通过对合肥房地产市场的信息调查,从房价收入比、空置率、房地产的资金来源等几个方面论述了房地产经济程度,同时对遏制房地产泡沫的产生和发展提出几点建议。
The article analyzes the objective, social and environmental factors that lead to real estate bubble. Based on the investigation of the real estate market of Hefei, it expounds on real estate economy from housing price-income ratio, housing vacancy rate and fund resources of real estate development and meanwhile puts forward suggestions curtailing the yield and further development of real estate bubble.
