摘要
目的探讨棘突旁小切口手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法应用棘突旁小切口入路,手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症39例,通过回顾性分析,评价疗效。结果38例顺利实施手术,1例扩大切口。术后随访1～2年,平均1.3年,根据Macnab改良的疗效评定标准,优33例(84.6%),良5例(12.8%),总优良率97.4%。结论该方法手术切口小,创伤小,失血少,对脊柱稳定性影响小,很少遗留慢性腰痛症状,具有实施简便、安全可行的优点。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with mini - incision by lateral spinal process. Methods Thirty - nine patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were treated with mini - incision by lateral spinal process. The result and its effect was evaluated. Results Thirty - eight cases were operated successfully. The incision was extended in 1 case. All patients were followed - up for 1 - 2 years （ averaged 1.3 years）. According to Macnab modified system, 33 cases （84.6%） were excellent. 5 cases （ 12.8% ） were good. Total excellent and good rate was 97.4%. Conclusions Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with mini - incision by lateral spinal process has merit of mini - incision, little trauma, little bleeding. It scarcely affects the stability of spine and seldom leaves chronic back pain.
