摘要
本文简要介绍了2007～2008年冬季渤海的天气与冰情,总结了该年度海冰数值预报情况,客观检验结果表明数值预报保证率满足业务预报精度指标。
In this paper, the weather and sea ice conditions of Bohai Sea in the winter of 2007-2008 are introduced briefly. The results of numerical sea ice forecast are summarized, and the verified data prove that the forecast validity has satisfied the required precision.
