即时通讯信息包括即时通讯号码、用户网上注册资料信息、登录信息、聊天记录、视频图像、录音等。即时通讯信息涉案的情况有其自身的特点并随网络技术的发展而不断变化,利用即时通讯信息侦查破案成为新形势下打击现代化犯罪的新途径。
Instant communication includes instant communication numbers, users＂ registration information in the net, landing information, chatting records, video images and tapes etc. The ease about instant communication has its own character and keep changing with the developing of network, using instant communication to investigate and crack a criminal ease becomes a new approach to beat the modern crime under the new situation.
