食物中常见过敏原及其过敏特性 被引量:11

摘要 在日常生活中,食物过敏现象时有发生,原因在于食物中存在的很多致敏因子。本文就近年来的相关研究成果,简单介绍了生活中最常见的几种食物过敏原及其过敏特性和预防措施。
