摘要
行波超声电机作为比较成熟的超声电机得到了一定应用,但它运行速度变化大,对驱动电源要求高,限制了它的应用。为了研究行波超声电机的运行特性,寻找精确控制方法,设计了基于TMS320LF2407和直接数字波合成技术(DDS)的超声电机测控系统。实验证明系统测速可靠,输出实现了稳频和精确调整输出信号频率和相位差的功能。
As relative mature ultrasonic motor, travehng wave ultrasonic motor had same application. But the application was restricted by the strict demand of power supply and the serious jitter of rotate speed. For researching on kinetic characteristic and controlling means of traveling wave ultrasonic motor, a detect and control system was designed based on TMS320LF2407 DSP and direct digital synthesis (DDS) technology in this paper. Experiment indicated the detect circuit worked stably, and the output frequency of the power supply was steady, frequency and phase difference could adjust accurately.
