摘要
用H3a3b、H4a4c、H4a4b1、H4a4b2四种Bt制剂对落叶松毛虫进行了室内毒力测定.其毒力(LC50)大小为H4a4b2>H4a4b1>H3a3b>H4a4c,且落叶松毛虫对H3a3b敏感性差异最小,对H4a4b2敏感性差异最大.再结合毒力曲线及相关系数(r)筛选出一种对落叶松毛虫毒力较强的制剂H4a4b1,它对1、2龄幼虫的LC50分别为每毫升0.81亿芽孢和1.04亿芽孢.
Dendrolimus superans on poison were Measured indoor using four Bt preparations,they were H 3a3b ,H 4a4c ,H 4a4b 1 ,H 4a4b 2 .The poisonous order was H 4a4b 2 >H 4a4b 1 >H 3a3b >H 4a4c .Difference of sensitiveness of Dendrolimus superans was the worst for H 3a3b ,and was the strongest for H 4a4b 2 .H 4a4b 1 preparation was elected through poisonous curves and relative coefficient,Its poison for 1~2a Larvae were 81 million gemma per mL and 104 million gemma per mL.
