Objective To compare the susceptibility of Candida albieans cultured with Flueonazole,Terbinafine and Itraeonazole. Methods M27 - A microdilution method based on NCCLS was used to determined the susceptibility of 22 Candida albicans isolates cultured with Fluconazole , Terbinafine and Itraconazole. Results 9 Flueonazole-resistance isolates, 12 susceptible isolates, 7 Itraconazole-resistanee isolates ,8 susceptible isolates, 12 Terbinafine-resistance isolates and 3 susceptible isolates were detected from 22 clinical candida albicans isolates. Conclusion The susceptibility to Fluconazole of Candida albicans was the highest in the three drugs, but the resistance to Fluconazole and Itraconazole and cross-resistance between Fluconazole and Itraconazole were found in this study.
