摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种多病因、临床表现多态性的综合征,病理、生理复杂,目前发病机制尚无定论,因此探索PCOS动物模型对其病因的基础研究以及指导临床诊断和治疗有重要意义。目前多囊卵巢综合征动物模型的造模方法比较多,其中雄激素造模法和孕激素联合HCG造模法是目前应用较多、重复性较好的模型,针对该两种模型的特点进行综述。
Polycystic ovary syndrome is a syndrome with several etiological factors and polymorphism of clinical manifestations and complex pathologic situation. At present, no final conclusion has yet been reached in its pathogenesis. Consequently, the experimental research of polycystic ovary-like syndrome animal models are of profound significance for etiological research as well as directing clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease. There are a lot of methods of establishing animal model of PCOS. Androgen model and combination method of progestrone with HCG are recommended to be the most approaching methods, which are widely and repetitive used. This paper compares and summarizes the characteristics of these two methods.
