摘要
原UP型直流炉改造成控制循环汽包炉后仍出现主汽温偏低及部分受热面热力参数达不到改造设计值的情况。通过对锅炉各种工况的试验及计算,找出主汽温偏低的原因是后屏过热器及高温过热器吸热值比设计值低,后面各对流受热面吸热增加;空气预热运行风量比原设计大,而出口温度偏低。改造方案是增加低温过热器受热面485 m2,减少省煤器受热面692 m2。经试验测定,改造后的效果与预期值一致。
After being retrofitted from original UP once-through boiler to drum boiler, previous problems, such as low temperature of main steam and deviation of thermodynamic data from design values, still existed. By a series of tests and calculation under various working conditions, the problem of low main steam temperature was found to be caused by that actual heat absorption of both the rear platen and high-temperature superheater was lower than the design value, resulting in increased heat absorption in the following areas; low outlet temperature of air heater due to its air volume larger than design data. The further retrofit scheme is to add 485 m^2 heat-delivery surface for low-temperature superheater, cut 692 m^2 heat-delivery surface from economizer. This retrofit is proved to be effective by subsequent tests.
