简介跨越多个实际科学领域的合作网与合作-竞争网.在早期实证研究部分介绍对好莱坞演员合作网和科研论文合著网的最著名研究;在二分图的两种度及其分布,即项目大小分布和项目度分布部分中介绍美国RDP小组和中国扬州大学课题组进行的实证研究以及他们分别提出的合作网演化模型;在同类性与项目度分布的相关性部分介绍不赋边权和赋边权的同类性定义,以及对于同类性与项目度分布的相关性的实证与模型研究;在二分图投影的资源分配方法部分介绍最近提出的基于资源再分配观点的二分图投影及边权定义;在近期关于合作网络的实证研究部分介绍对于城市公交、铁路运输、科研项目、语言文字等系统的合作网络描述及相应的实证研究;在最后一部分,合作-竞争网络及其节点权描述部分中介绍对于企业竞争、影片市场、学生选课、图书借阅、水果要素等系统的合作-竞争网络网络描述及相应的实证研究.在文章后面列出了经过选择的44篇参考文献.
This article briefly introduces collaboration and cooperation-competition networks across many fields of practical sciences. In the section presenting the earlier empirical investigations, the most famous investigations on Hollywood movie actor collaboration network and the scientific paper co-author network are introduced. In the section about distribution of the act size and act degree, the two kinds of bipartite graph degrees, the empirical investigations and the proposed collaboration network evolution models by USA RDP group and Chinese Yangzhou University group are introduced. In the section concerned with correlation between assortativity and act degree, the definitions of weighted and unweighted assortativity, and the empirical as well as the model studies on correlation between assortativity and act degree are summarized. In the section about resource-allocation method of the bipartite graph projection, the recent bipartite graph projection method and definition of edge weight are briefly presented based on the idea of resource-allocation. In the section about the recent empirical investigations on collaboration networks, the collaboration network descriptions and the corresponding empirical investigations are summarized about the systems of urban public traffic, railway transportation, scientific research projects, and languages. In the last section concerned with the cooperation-competition networks and its description via node-weight, the cooperation-competition network descriptions and empirical investigations on the systems of enterprise competition, movie market, student election of courses, student book borrowing and fruit nutritive factors are presented, and 44 selective references are listed at the end of this paper.
