曲马多与哌替啶对麻醉中寒战反应的疗效比较 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察曲马多与哌替啶对麻醉中寒战治疗的效果和安全性。方法将98例患者随机分为曲马多组(A组)和哌替啶组(B组),于寒战出现后2min内静脉注射曲马多100mg或哌替啶50mg,观察用药后5min的效果、30min复发率及不良反应。结果B组显效率(90.20%,46/51)显著好于A组(72.34%,34/47);总有效率A组和B组分别为95.74%(45/47)和100%(51/51),无显著性差异;不良反应B组以头晕、嗜睡为主,A组以恶心呕吐为主。结论曲马多与哌替啶均能有效治疗麻醉中寒战反应,应注意防治各自不同的不良反应。
