采用磺酸型亲水单体作为扩链剂制备水性聚氨酯的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以聚醚二元醇(N210)和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,以自制的磺酸型亲水单体1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠(DHPA)作为扩链剂,制备了磺酸型水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液;研究了R值[即R=n(-NCO)/n(-OH)]、DHPA含量对WPU乳液及其胶膜力学性能的影响,并对产物的结构进行了红外光谱(FT-IR)表征。研究结果表明,随着R值的增大,WPU乳液粘度下降,胶膜的拉伸强度和硬度增大、断裂伸长率和吸水率下降;随着DHPA含量的增加,WPU乳液的稳定性逐渐增强、粒径变小且粒径分布变窄,WPU胶膜的拉伸强度增大、断裂伸长率则呈先增后降的趋势;当R=2.0、w(DHPA)=5%时,WPU的综合性能最好。 The waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion with sulfonic was synthesized with polyether diol (N210) and 2,4-toluene diisoeyanates(TDI) as raw materials, self-made sulfonic type hydrophilic monomer 1,2-dihydroxy-3- propanesulfonic acid sodium (DHPA) as chain extender. The effect of R value (namely molar ratio between -NCO and -OH) and DHPA content on mechanical properties of WPU emulsion and film were studied, and the chemical structure of the product was characterized with FT-IR spectrum. The research results showed that with the increase of R value, the viscosity, elongation at break and water absorption was decreased, tensile strength and hardness was increased for WPU emulsion or film. With the increase of DHPA content, the stability of WPU emulsion was gradually increased, the particle size had trend of lessening and the distribution of the particle size was narrowed, the tensile strength of WPU film was increased, and elongation at break had trend of increase-fall. The combination property of WPU was better when R value was 2.0 and the mass fraction of DHPA was 5%.
